Our kitchenette has all the amenities including a microwave oven, a mini fridge, stovetop, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, kettle, utensils, glassware, and simple pot & pans. This unit does not come with parking, but there is paid parking garage on premise. An alternate option to renting a car is using a car share program called Hui, with nearby locations where you can rent a car by the hour when you need it. And of course, you can always use Uber or Lyft to get around.

Please remember that this is a private unit, not part of the hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as swiftly as possible.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests but because the next guest may check in on the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware, as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal.

We will be placing a security deposit hold for $500 on your credit card through a secure payment portal. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released after your stay provided there are no issues.
